Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about shipping, delivery and payment.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive the invoice automatically by email after ordering.

What VAT does the invoice contain if I order outside Germany?

The invoice contains the respective VAT of the country from the buyer. As a commercial customer, you can therefore have the VAT reimbursed in your country.

Shipping costs Package within Germany

Within Germany, we charge € 5.49 incl. for the standard parcel shipping. VAT. The delivery to a parcel shop or a packing station is unfortunately not possible, as the customer has to sign for the receipt of the shipment.

Shipping costs Package to EU countries

For standard package shipping for deliveries within the EU, we charge 12.45 Incl. VAT. The delivery to a parcel shop or a packing station is unfortunately not possible, as the customer has to sign for the receipt of the shipment.

Shipping costs Express shipping within Germany

Within Germany, we offer optional express shipping with DHL Express. For this we charge 18.00 for packages up to 2 kg weight Incl. VAT, Up to 5 kg weight 20.00 € Incl. VAT and weight up to 10 kg 30.00 Incl. VAT.

Are you really shipping from Germany?

Yes, our goods will be shipped exclusively from our warehouse in Germany. You don't have to worry about customs fees or a long wait.

How will my order be shipped?

After you have placed an order via our webshop, all items will be packed and made ready for dispatch and then shipped with DHL.

When will my order be sent?

All orders are usually handed over by us to DHL within one working day. Depending on the workload of our warehouse, there may be minor delays. If the delivery is delayed, we will inform you immediately.

When will my order be delivered?

As a rule, DHL needs 1-3 working days for delivery within Germany.

Within the EU, the delivery time is usually 2-8 working days.

Do I receive a tracking number?

For parcel shipments, you will receive an email tracking number to track your order.

Can I have an order delivered to another address?

And. When you place an online order, you have the option to provide a different delivery address.  

There is not always someone present to receive the goods. What can I do?

You can use the shipment tracking to determine a branch delivery or a storage location at DHL.

What happens if no one is there to take the order?

Our shipping service provider DHL will bring your shipment to a nearby packing station or branch. You then have 7 days to pick up the shipment there.

Can I also collect my order from your warehouse myself?

That's fine! You can pick up your order by appointment at our warehouse in 59427 Unna. Simply contact us by phone or email.

What do I have to do if the ordered goods are damaged?

If the order arrives damaged, it is very annoying. We understand that. Of course, we will do everything possible to solve the problem as soon as possible. Simply contact us by phone, email or via our contact form and we will take care of your concerns as soon as possible.

I want to return my goods. What do I have to do?

As a private customer, you have 14 days after receiving the order to return an unused item to us. Simply contact us by phone, email or via our contact form and send the return to the carrier of your choice within the return period.
