Does Spark24 granulate work just as smoothly as the manufacturer's original granulate?

We guarantee the highest quality and our own quality assurance regularly carries out comparisons with the original manufacturer products in order to offer the same quality as possible.

Do I really have to buy the right granulate for my device?

Yes, since the composition varies slightly depending on the manufacturer, we always recommend purchasing the granules specified for the corresponding device type. If you cannot find compatible granules for your device on our site, simply contact us.

Will my Spark device remain under warranty?

The manufacturer's warranty is not affected by the use of our granules. This is also regulated by law. Unfortunately, the original manufacturers' service hotlines claim the opposite in order to avoid repair costs and encourage customers to stick with the expensive original granules.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will automatically receive the invoice by email after ordering.

What VAT does the invoice contain if I order outside Germany?

The invoice includes the buyer's respective country VAT. As a commercial customer, you can have the VAT refunded in your country.
