Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will automatically receive the invoice by email after ordering.
What VAT does the invoice contain if I order outside Germany?
The invoice includes the buyer's respective country VAT. As a commercial customer, you can have the VAT refunded in your country.
If you would like a VAT-free intra-community delivery, please contact us by email.
Shipping costs for parcels within Germany
For standard parcel shipping within Germany we charge €5.49 including VAT. Unfortunately, delivery to a parcel shop or packing station is not possible as the customer must sign to receive the shipment.
Shipping costs for parcels to EU countries
For standard parcel shipping for deliveries within the EU we charge € 12.45 including VAT. Unfortunately, delivery to a parcel shop or packing station is not possible as the customer must sign to receive the shipment.
Shipping costs Express shipping within Germany
Within Germany we optionally offer express shipping with DHL Express. For this we charge € 18.00 including VAT for packages weighing up to 2 kg, €20.00 including VAT up to 5 kg and € 30.00 including VAT up to 10 kg.
Do you really ship from Germany?
Yes, our goods are shipped exclusively from our warehouse in Germany. You don't have to worry about customs fees or long waiting times.
How will my order be shipped?
After you have placed an order via our webshop, all items will be packed and made ready for shipment and then shipped with DHL.
When will my order be shipped?
We usually hand over all orders to DHL within one working day. Depending on how busy our warehouse is, there may occasionally be minor delays. If delivery is delayed, we will inform you immediately.
When will my order be delivered?
DHL usually needs 1-3 working days for delivery within Germany.
Within the EU the delivery time is usually 2-8 working days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
For parcel shipments, you will receive a tracking number by email with which you can track your order.
Can I have an order delivered to a different address?
Yes. When you place an online order, you have the option of specifying a different delivery address.
There is not always someone present to receive the goods. What can I do?
You can use DHL shipment tracking to specify a branch delivery or storage location.
What happens if no one is there to take the order?
Our shipping service provider DHL will bring your shipment to a nearby packing station or branch. You then have 7 days to pick up the shipment there.
Can I also collect my order from your warehouse myself?
Yes that works! You can pick up your order by appointment at our warehouse in 59427 Unna. Simply contact us by phone or email.
What do I have to do if the goods I ordered are damaged?
If the order arrives damaged, it is very annoying. We understand that. Of course we will do everything we can to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Simply contact us by phone, email or via our contact form and we will take care of your concerns as quickly as possible.
I would like to return my goods. What do i have to do?
As a private customer, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return an unused item to us. Simply contact us by phone, email or via our contact form and hand in the return to the carrier of your choice within the return period.
